PURPOSE:To simplify a switching regulator control circuit by using only an oscillator which generates a triangular wave but not using other oscillator and forming a control circuit which stabilizes the output of a regulator, thereby reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION:The output of an oscillator 1b which generates a triangular timing pulse is inputted to a dead time comparator 2 which inputs a reference voltage M and a pulse width modulating comparator 3 which inputs the output K of a voltage regulator. The outputs of the comparators are applied through an AND circuit 4 to a T flip-flop 5, the outputs Q and Q' of which are inputted to AND circuits 6, 7 together with the output of the AND circuit 4, thereby obtaining control pulses S, T. Accordingly, a control circuit which stabilizes the voltage K which varies like the output of an error amplifier can be formed by employing only a triangular oscillator 1b, thereby simplifying the structure. |
