PURPOSE:To prevent sticking, improve heat conduction efficiency, slipping property and coating tenacity by providing a heat resistant protective layer obtained from the mixture of swelling inorganic layer silicate (A) and resin (B) at (A/B) ratio of more than 1/500 to less then 2 on the other surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Swelling inorganic layer silicate is phyllosilicate which is structurally a tetrahedron having a logical Si: O ratio of 2:5. Further the silicate has a crystal structure of crystal unit lattice repeated in a thickness direction. The resin (B) may be thermoplastic or thermosetting resin, provided that it functions as a binder resin for formation of a protective layer. The thickness of the protective layer is not particularly defined, however, it should normally be 6mum or less, preferably 1mum or less. Further said thickness should preferably be 0.5mum or less and 0.03mum or more from the aspect of resolution. |
