DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE BY INCINERATOR

PURPOSE:To decompose and oxidize sewage completely by a method wherein the sewage is sprayed into a high temperature chamber in an incinerator without giving adverse effect on the combustion of the sewage in the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Sewage 2 is sucked up by an underwater pump 7 from a sewage pit 3 and is transferred to a pulverizer 8. Then the sewage 2 is sprayed into the exhaust gas in a high temperature section other than the combustion chamber 6 of an incinerator 4 by means of compressed air or steam so that the sewage 2 is decomposed and oxidized by being heated at temperatures higher than 750 deg.C for more than about 0.3sec.
