PURPOSE:To insert a coil and a wedge into the slot of a core without defect in a device which has blades, a stripper, a wedge guide and a wedge pusher by forming the stripper in special double shape. CONSTITUTION:A device is composed of blades 1, a wedge guide 2, a stripper 3, a wedge pusher 4 and a base 23. The stripper 3 is coupled through a rod 5 to a hydraulic cylinder, and is constructed in double shape of stripper units 20, 21 and a spacer 24. The intermediary between the strippers 20, 21 and a conical part 22 is formed longer than the thickness of the core 6. The parts which corresponds to the slots for containing the coil 7 of the unit 20 is formed smaller than the bore of the core 6 and larger than the bore of the ring of the blades 1, and the part which corresponds to the other slot is formed substantially equal to the bore of the core 6. The periphery of the stripper 21 is larger than the bore of the core 6, and has notches to be engaged with the blades 1. Accordingly, the coil 7 and the wedge 8 can be inserted into the slot 9 without defect. |
