PURPOSE:To blow wind to an objective person in an optimum condition further simplify constitution compared with a conventional regulating system, by forward rotating an oscillating motor firstly by a turn (r) then reversely rotating the motor by a turn about (2r) when oscillating operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:A motor fan is constituted such that a rotary speed of an oscillating motor 8 is controlled to control an oscillating speed, and an only use IC, I chip microcomputer, etc. are used to apply a signal to a transistor (not shown in the drawing) and controllably generate a time for producing a forward and reverse rotational pulse. Here at pressing of an oscillating switch, the motor firstly rotates by a turn (r) then reversely rotates by a turn about (2r) and then repeatedly performs reversible rotary motion, in consequence oscillating motion can be performed with a position at a point of time the oscillating switch is pressed, as the center. In this way, as compared with a conventional mechanically regulating method, constitution can be simplified further wind can be blown to an objective person always in an optimum condition. |
