CONVEYER FOR ROVING BOBBIN

PURPOSE:To automate conveyance of a bobbin and process of residual yarn by supplying a residual yarn bobbin alternatively set by a fine spinning frame to a fly frame through a residual yarn processing unit while supplying a full bobbin doffed by the fly frame to a reserve rail of a creel of the fine spinning frame. CONSTITUTION:When residual yarn bobbins 10A of one row of creels are hung from a bobbin carriage 5 on a reserve rail 1 of a fine spinning frame 2 by alternating setting, a crane 14 moves so that a rail 17 is connected to the rail 1. Next, a haulage 19 is connected to the carriage 5 to withdraw the carriage 5 from the rail 1 and remove the bobbin 10A to the rail 17. The crane 14 moves to a conveyer 11 to lower rails 16, 17 simultaneously so that the bobbin 10A is mounted on the supply side of the conveyer 11 and empty bobbins 10B having residual yarn processed on one unit of the fly frame are hung by the raised rail 16. After the full bobbin 10C from the fly frame 6 is hung from the rail 17 moved to the upper portion, the bobbin 10B is supplied to the fly frame 6 through a fly frame pipe interchanger 7 by the rail 16 to pass the bobbin 10C to the rail 1.
