PURPOSE:To improve the safety by installing on the top end of a boom, a mobile scratching-off apparatus which is slidable over a certain stroke in the longitudinal direction of said boom equipped with a conveying device along said boom. CONSTITUTION:A boom 21 is installed on a turning frame 2 with free turning up and down motion, while rendered capable of being bent at two positions by a cylinder 3, and a conveying device 4 is installed along the boom 1. A window 5 for turning up and down the boom 1 through a rope 6 and a counterweight 7 for reducing the force of the winch 5 are also installed. A mobile scratching-off apparatus 8 which is slidable along the boom 1 is installed at the top edge of the boom 1, and said apparatus 8 scratches-off the bulk material in a hull 9 and transports said bulk material onto the conveying device 4. |
