PURPOSE:To control the quality in a feedback manner, by delivering the material, which is fed from a material supply means, to a rheometer at prescribed time intevals, and measuring the torque with the material staying in the rheometer. CONSTITUTION:A material supply port 4 provided to a fixed wall 3 of the rotary type rheometer 1 is connected with a path 8 branched from a path subsequent to a material supply means 7 in the molding steps. A motor 5 is actuated at prescribed time intervals for prescribed periods so that a on-off valve 9 is closed during the operation of the motor while it is opened during the suspension of the motor. To keep the periodical fluctuations of the torque at the period of the running of the motor within reference range, they are fed back to the conditions of operation of the molding steps. |
