PURPOSE:To contrive the speeding up of paper arranging and accumulating processes by feeding paper between a roller and a stacked paper layer by means of a part of the roller with a high frictional coefficient with regard to a paper accumulating device suited for the paper money receiver of an automatic vending machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:A paper accumulating device is equipped with a drawer part 3, a carrier part 4 and an accumulating part 5. The drawer part 3 is provided with a motor 31 for drawing out a sheet of paper, a drawing-out roller 33, a switch 34 for detecting the presence of paper, paper receiver plates 35, 36 for drawing out paper one by one, a retainer plate 37, a press spring 38, and a friction plate 39 for preventing two sheets of paper from being drawn out together, and said drawer part draws ut paper one by one. The carrier part 4 is equipped with a carrier belt 4, a holding belt 42, a switch 43 for detecting the edge of paper, a bill checker for judging the genuineness or spuriousness and the deficit of paper 1, a carrier motor 45, and a box 47 for returning bad paper. The accumulating part 5 is provided with a front roller 51 and a rear roller 52 whose circumferential surfaces are divided into each part with high friction and low friction respectively, an electromagnetic clutch 54, a switch 55, a housing 56, and a weight 57 for pressing a paper layer 100 to the rollers 51, 52. |
