<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a heat dissipating loss due to leaving hot-water with a high temperature higher than a necessary temperature for a long period of time by a method wherein a proper heat-up temperature is obtained from a using amount of hot-water and the temperature of supplying water to impress amount of heat corresponding to the using amount of the hot-water. CONSTITUTION:The using amount of hot-water for tomorrow, which is reserved in a hot-water reserving tank by the setting device 8 of the amount of hot- water, is forcast and preset and the temperature of the supplying water to the hot-water reserving tank is detected by a water temperature detecting device 9, to operate the necessary heat-up temperature based on the preset value of amount of the hot-water and the water temperature by the operating unit 10. A control unit 12 stops a heating source 13 when the temperature of the hot- water in the hot-water reserving tank, detected by the hot-water temperature detector 11, has arrived at the necessary heat-up temperature outputted from the operating unit 10.</p> |
