PURPOSE:To utilize the life of a battery to the maximum thereof invariably secured alarm setting by checking for the voltage thereof in setting of the alarm. CONSTITUTION:An output of a quartz oscillation circuit 1 is divided with a frequency divider 2 and a motor M is driven with a drive circuit 3. Normally, as a setting switch 5 is opened, an AND circuit 7 produces no output even when an alarm switch 6 is closed. When the setting switch 5 is closed, the output thereof is fed to the AND circuit 7 and a one-shot pulse generation circuit 10. The circuit 10 generates a one-shot pulse signal to operate an alarm sound generator 9 through an OR circuit 8 and an alarm circuit 4, when the battery voltage V drops instantaneously due to a load current.
