摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide an arc electrode which decreases diffusive hydrogen in deposited metal by coating a steel core wire by the use of a coating material contg. a specific content of fluorite treated under heating at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:Natural fluorite which is a raw material for a coating material for a low hydrogen coated electrode is treated under heating at 400-800 deg.C to remove water of crystallization contained in argillaceous ore. A steel core wire is coated with a coating material contg. 10-25wt% such heat treated fluorite. Thus the arc electrode which provides good welding workability and decreases diffusive hydrogen in weld metal is obtained. |
