PURPOSE:To restrain excessive expulsion and surface flash in real time by examining presence of expulsion and surface flash at every specified number of points, and welding by output before and after occurrence of expulsion and surface flash. CONSTITUTION:An inspection time controlling circuit 5 receives recognition output of a badness recongition circuit 4 and gives output. A counter 6 counts the number of points, and when it arrives at a specified number, closes a switch S1 and when S(N) section is completed, outputs a signal to open the switch S1. A normal time controlling circuit 7 receives a firing angle adjusting signal, and outputs a signal that controls normal time control section. A switch S2 is closed in the inspection time controlling section and opened in other sections. A switch S3 is closed in the normal time controlling section and opened in other sections. A firing angle controlling circuit 9 drives receiving these signals. A badness time controlling circuit 8 receives expulsion and surface flash recognition signal of the badness recognition circuit 4, and enhances the firing angle adjusting signal so that welding is performed at lower output than output at the start of welding. |
