PURPOSE:To bond a diaphragm and a voice coil bobbin, and the voice coil bobbin and a voice coil strongly, by mixing metal minute powder in an adhesives. CONSTITUTION:Bonding is done by using an adhesives 4 mixed with metal minute powder 5, and the metal minute powder 5 is scattered between voice coils 3 and between the voice coil 3 and a voice coil bobbin 2. Thus, openings 6 of fibers are choked with the metal minute powder and the adhesives 4 is hardly adsorbed to the coil 2. Even if the metal minute powder does not choke the openings 6 directly, the adhesives 4 is kept on the surface of the powder 5 with surface tension, allowing to prevent the adhesives 4 from being adsorbed to the fiber openings more than required amount. Thus, high adhesive force is attained against compression and tension caused by deformation or the like. |
