PURPOSE:To improve the reflection loss and the isolation characteristics by specifying the length of a coupling line to one of even or odd number modes and the other mode, in a distributed coupling power distributor consisting of a strip line or a slot line. CONSTITUTION:The strip lines 12, 13 are formed in parallel with a dielectric base 11 closingly to form the coupling strip line 14. One end of the lines 12, 13 is connected with a thin film resistor 15 and input/output strip lines 16, 17 are connected. A compensating coupling strip line 29 is inserted between the line 14 and an output strip line 18. The line 29 has the even mode characteristic impedance and the same effect as the line 29 to the even number mode, and the length of the line 14 including the line 29 is set equivalent to a 1/4 wavelength line to the odd number mode. The length of the line 14 is taken as 1/4 wavelength to the even number mode, allowing to coincide the electric length of the even and odd number modes and to improve the reflection loss and the isolation characteristics. |
