PURPOSE:To analog-recording a temperature difference by temperature detectors whose specifications are different, by an optional span, by digitally converting an analog temperature detecting signal, and executing such signal processing as linearization, temperature difference operation, etc. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting signal by a reference channel temperature detector TH1, and measuring channel temperature detectors TH2, TH3... is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter ADC, is linearized in accordance with the characteristics of each detector TH1, TH2... in a linearizing circuit LNR, and is stored in a memory MRY. These storage contents are compared by a comparing circuit CMP, large and small range channels are decided, and a signal of the small range channel is normalized by a signal of the large range channel in a normalizing circuit NRL. Subsequently, a difference between the digital signal of the large range channel and the digital signal whose resolution has been elevated by normalization is decided by a difference operating circuit SUB and is displayed by an analog recording part REC. |
