PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in operating rate by monitoring a new set value when a set value set externally in a digital controller composed of a computer is varied, and generating an alarm and using the last set value if a fault occurs. CONSTITUTION:When the set value set externally in the digital controller composed of the computer is varied, the occurrence of a fault is approved through a program 1 to cause a branch to a route 6 if the fault occurs or to a route 7 when not under the control of a decision making program 2. When the fault occurs, the fault is outputted by a program 5 to generate an alarm and the last set value is used to continue the control. When no fault occurs, a change of the set value is made by a set value conversion program 3 and a set value storage program 4 and the control is carried out with the new set value. Consequently, even if an abnormal set value is inputted by mistake, the operation is carried out with the original value, preventing a decrease in the operating rate of the device. |
