PURPOSE:To increase the driving speed of two transistors (TRs) and to speed up the output, by coupling at least one of gate circuits and control circuits with a photocoupler or a transformer in the on/off inverting control of the two TRs. CONSTITUTION:To control a gate bias voltage to a source potential of a TR11 fluctuated between the ground potential and the high potential while suppressing the earth capacitance at an output terminal 6, the gate control circuits are isolated from ground and a control signal is optically coupled with photocouplers 15 and 16. Thus, a power supply 13 for photocoupler secondary circuit used for the TR11 in which the source potential is greatly changed is formed as a floating power supply having less earth capacitance such as a battery. 11, 12 are power MOSFET switch elements. |
