PURPOSE:To give plural processors the right of use equally, by performing decentralized control over the right of using a common-use resource that the decentralized processors share. CONSTITUTION:When data is transmitted onto a common bus 100, CPUs 11-13 receive the data on the common bus 100 through a receiving gate 120. At the same time, a one-shot multivibrator 121 as a busy signal extracting means is triggered to generate a busy signal BUSY with a level ''H''. A CPU having acquired the right of using the common bus 100 resets a request to use after successive data is transmitted. Consequently, when data on the common bus 100 is ceased, the outputs of busy signal extracting one-shot multivibrators 121 in the CPUs 11-13 and the busy signal go down to ''L'' and a counter 112 starts counting. |
