PURPOSE:To prevent whistling sound from being generated in a car by constructing an outside surface continuously with a side window glass which can be opened at one side and a fixed type quarter window glass and by shutting up the boundary of them with a narrow molding in a car. CONSTITUTION:In a car having a side window glass 1 with its rear side opened or closed with a hinge and a fixed type quarter window glass 5a, the quarter window glass 5a is extended to the vicinity of the side window glass 1 and is formed in a large size. A flange metal 6a fitted to its front edge is fixed to a fixed bracket 3a and also its front section is fixed to the outside of the rear edge of a C pillar panel 2a with an adhesive 8 stemmed by a dam 7, thereby an outside surface is formed on the same plane as the adjoning side window glass 1. A molding 10 is fitted to the rear edge of the side window glass 1 so as to cover the flange metal 6a when said glass 1 is closed. |
