PURPOSE:To obtain a lid with an opening tongue attached which is strong in pressure resistibility, but easy to open by such a manufacturing method wherein the opening tongue and the lid and the opening tongue and thermoplastic synthetic resin provided at the internal surface of the lid are bonded by thermal bonding in such a manner that such a portion of the tongue covering a hole for opening near the center of the lid is thermal bonded at a high temperature and such a portion away from the center is thermal bonded at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:In bonding an opening tongue 7 to a lid 1, the opening tongue 7 is placed on the lid 1 so that it covers a hole for opening 4 provided in the lid 1 and its knob 8 for opening is positioned at the side of the starting end 5 of the hole. Next, the opening tongue 7 is bonded to the lid 1 by pressure bonding area A including C in the vicinity of the starting end 5 of the hole opposite to the last end 6 of the hole 4 at a high temperature. Next, the opening tongue 7 is bonded to the lid 1 by pressure bonding the entire area B covered by the opening tongue 7 at a low temperature. By this arrangement, it is possible to manufacture a lid with an opening tongue which is easy to open, but has a sufficient pressure resisting strength. |
