PURPOSE:To easily and surely prevent accumulated mud or the like from adhering to internal surfaces of a tire house, by interposing an elastic belt in a space between the tire house and the periphery of wheels and securing only both ends of the elastic belt to a car body side. CONSTITUTION:Wheels 3 with tires are mounted to an axle 2 mounted to a car body and covered by a tire house 4. While a tire fender 5 is mounted to a side of the body 1 in such a manner as to both surround the periphery of the house 4 and cover the wheel 3 along the periphery of the wheel 3. Here an elastic belt 6 is arranged between the house 4 and the periphery of the wheel 3 in the inside of the fender 5 and both ends of the belt are secured by fixtures 8, 8' to both ends 7, 7' of the house 4. Further plural stripes of restoring backbone rod parts 9 of semicircular section are provided in an external surface of the belt 6, that is, in the side of the house 4, while an internal surface of the belt, that is, the side of the wheel 3 is smoothly finished. In this way, accumulated mud or the like can be prevented from adhering to the belt 6. |
