发明名称 MAGNETIC RECORDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high-contrast, high-resolution pictures having no contamination on the ground, by matching the polarity of the magnetic generating means which regulates the magnetic toner with that of the non-picture part of the magnetic recording body in the developing area. CONSTITUTION:A recording layer 7 made of a material which shows an anisotropy in its vertical magnetism is formed on a base layer 6, and a magnetic latent image 8 which is magnetized perpendicularly to the surface of a magnetic recording body 5 is formed in a picture part 9 by a recording head, and is not inverted in the magnetization in a non-picture part 10. Moreover, a magnet 13 is a magentism generating means which regulates magnetic toner 12 through a non-magnetic body 11 and is installed at the recording layer 7 side of the magnetic body 5. When the surface polarity of the picture part 9 is N-pole and that of the non-picture part 10 is S-pole, the facing polarity of the magnet 13 is set to S-pole which is matched with the non-picture part 10. Therefore, the toner 12 makes the same magnetic polarization as the magnet 13 and the magnetic latent image 8 by the action of the magnet 13, and the toner adheres easily by the anisotropy in the picture part 9, but it hardly adheres in the non-picture part 10 because having the same polarity.
