PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a video disk player, by having an automatic up-down operation of a turntable which turns a disk and a spindle motor which turns the turntable in relation to the putting-in and pulling-out operations of the disk to the video disk player. CONSTITUTION:When a storing case 3 storing a disk 1 is inserted in a correct way via a disk slit of a player main body, the Q of the 1st flip-flop 71 is changed to H from L to open a shutter. When the case 3 is pulled out, a storing case detecting switch 22 works. Thus the input to a 5-input AND gate 74 changes to H from L. The output given from the gate 74 is applied to a motor driving circuit 76 to turn a driving motor to float both the turntable and spindle motor. Thus the reproducing operation is possible. |
