PURPOSE:To decrease the number of fixed electrodes, to simplify the construction and to reduce the cost, by arranging plural fixed electrodes different in polarity for opposed front and back planes in prescribed intervals in the order of different polarity, and arranging oscillating electrodes on the front and back sides. CONSTITUTION:A fixed electrode 3c is arranged between oscillating electrodes 4c and 4d and a fixed electrode 3d is arranged between oscillating electrodes 4d and 4e, the electrodes 1c, 1d are connected to one end of a voice voltage source 7 and the oscillating electrodes 4c, 4e are connected to the other end. The fixed electrode 3c consists of the electrode 1c and high polymer dielectric layers 2c, 2d closingly formed on the front and back side of the electrode 1c, the fixed electrode 3d consists of the electrode 1d and high polymer dielectric layers 2e, 2f closingly formed on the front and back sides of the electrode 1d. In charging positive charge on the layers 2c, 2e and negative charge on the layers 2d, 2f, the oscillating electrodes 4c, 4e are vibrated in the same direction according to the polarity of voice voltage and a large output is obtained. |
