PURPOSE:To make the distributions of raw materials in a blast furnace uniform in the charging stage of raw materials of blast furnace by controlling the position of a movable armor by movement patterns which are predetermined from the start of charging till the end of charging. CONSTITUTION:First as the 1st movement pattern a movable armor 2 is retreated successively from a max. ejecting position 21 up to a max. pulling back position 22 according to prescribed programs. Then raw materials 3 are distributed like a solid lines 33. In the 2nd movement pattern, the armor 2 is advanced from the position 22 up to the position 21 successively according to prescribed programs. Then the materials 3 are distributed like the solid line 33. The armor 2 is driven by, for example, a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder controls the speed and extent of movement of a piston by controlling the flow rate of supply liquid. |
