发明名称 ESTIMATING METHOD FOR POSITION OF MELT-STUCK ZONE IN BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To estimate the position of melt-stuck zones and to detect the conditions in a blast furnace by measuring the descending speed of charging materials, the gaseous compsn. in the furnace, and the distributions of the temp. in the furnace in the radial direction of the furnace actually in the top part of the charging material layers in the stage of nonsteady operations and calculating the same according to prescribed methematical models. CONSTITUTION:A detector 1 for raw material in furnace is moved in the radial direction of a blast furnace to measure the behavior in the top part of charging material layers in the furnace with time, whereby the distributions of the descending speed of the charging materials in the radial direction of the blast furnace are measured actually. The distributions of the gaseous compsns. in the furnace and the temp. in the furnace are measured actually with a sonde 2 inserted into the top part of the charging material layers. From the operating condition, (ore/coke) ratios and the distributions of the flow speed of gases in the radial direction of the blast furnace are assumed. The conditions in the furnace are estimated and calculated with mathematical models by using the actually measured values and assumed values. The assumed values of the flow speed of gases and the assumed value of the (ore/coke) ratio are changed until the estimated and calculated results and the actually measured value coincide. Thus the temp. distributions in the furnace are obtained and the positions of the melt-stuck zones and the process of the formation thereof are estimated.
