PURPOSE:To facilitate operation and to improve efficiency by adhering and drying a screen to a photosensitive resin layer before photosensitive resin liquid for water bath development coated on a base film to >=40mum is dry. CONSTITUTION:The base film 1 is coated with the photosensitive resin liquid for water bath development to >=40mum, and then a screen 2 is adhered onto the photosensitive resin layer 3 before said photosensitive resin liquid is dried. Then, the resin liquid is dried to embed the screen 2 in the photosensitive resin layer 3 partially at the lower side or entirely in one body, thus forming a thick photosensitive resin film containing the screen. This method improves the adhesion between the screen and photosensitive resin layer extremely and prevents contamination to fabric without any special countermeasure. |
