PURPOSE:To obtain a removing process for foreign substances attached to the internal surface of a bulb, by suspending the neck part of the bulb being directed downward while encircling it by means of plural electromagnetic vibrators, letting an alternating current of about 60Hz flow through each electromagnet in an adequate timing, and vibrating the bulb vertically, laterally and longitudinally. CONSTITUTION:An alternating current, for instance, of about 60Hz is allowed to flow through each electromagnet a, b, c, and d by switching in regular order. First, an electromagnet (a) is vibrated for vibrating a bulb 4 upward and downward in order to drop the foreign substances chiefly attached to the internal surface of a face part 3. Next, the upward and downward vibration is stopped, and the bulb 4 is vibrated toward one sideward direction by means of an electromagnet (b). When this vibration is stopped, another electromagnet is vibrated in regular order in order to vibrate the bulb 4 toward different sideward directions in regular order. The foreign substances chiefly attached to the internal surface of a funnel part 2 is separated and dropped gradually by the sideward vibration of the bulb 4. By the vibration repeated upward and downward, rightward and leftward, backward and forthward, the foreign substances in the bulb 4 are driven out of the funnel part 2 to a neck part 1 and spontaneously dropped outside and removed. |
