The invention resides in that a lottery or other ticket or card comprises two sheet sections which are relatively hingeable, and hinging the sections causes erection of pop-up panels defined in one sheet section by means of lines of cutting and creasing. The pop-up panels not only give the ticket the novelty of surprise, but also serve as a means of security as when the ticket has been unfolded once, it retains a certain amount of permanent creasing which cannot be concealed by reclosing the ticket.
