PURPOSE:To prevent the missing of the head of speech, by reserving a few satellite channels in advance for each ground station even if no sound exists for the use of a transmission station and connecting the ground channel to one of the satellite channels reserved in advance when sound is detected on the ground channel. CONSTITUTION:Ground stations A, B request the assignment of n-channel of satellite channels to a center station through a control channel even if no call exists. Each station waits for the production of calls from the earth network while storing the assigned channels. When a processor 14a of the station A detects a call at a trunk 10a, the processor analyzes a selection signal and informs that the trunk 10a is busy to the station B through the control channel in response to the call. The station B informs that a vacant ground line 11b is connected to the trunk 10a to the station A after the reception. |
