PURPOSE:To enable heat accumulation and radiation to be made only by moving a heat insulation plate adapted to be moved in the direction of thickness of the wall to cover either the outer or inner surface thereof by a construction wherein a container containing a liquid heat-accumulation material is fitted to a part of the wall and the heat insulation plate is housed in the container. CONSTITUTION:Fitted to a part of a wall 1 is a container 2 containing a liquid heat-accumulative materrial 3 in which is housed a heat insulation plate 4 adpted to be moved in the direction of thickness of the wall 1 to cover either the inner or outer surface thereof. For example, during the daytime in the winter season, the heat insulation plate 4 is moved towards the indoor side ''A'' to allow the heat accumulative material 3 to face the sun rays to thereby collect the solar heat thereon. Whilst, in the nighttime in the winter, the plate 4 is moved towards the outdoor side ''B'' to allow the heat accumulative material 3 to face the indoor side ''A'' so as to radiate the accumulated heat thereby heating the room. At that time, the plate 4 serves to prevent the movement of heat in the direction thereof. During the daytime in the summer season, the plate 4 is moved towards the outdoor side ''B'' to accumulate the heat in the room on the material 3. Whilst, in the nighttime, the plate 4 is moved towards the indoor side ''A'' so as to absorb the heat which has been accumulated on the heat accumulative material 3 by the cool outside air thereby cooling the room. |
