PURPOSE:To obtain excellent response, shock resistance, and aterproofing property as a sensor, by sealing the sensor into a sensor enclosing hole of a sensor holding member which is attached to a through hole in an equipment case by a filler with packings, thereby mounting the sensor to the equipment case. CONSTITUTION:The temperature sensor 6 is inserted into the enclosing hole 8 of the holding member 7, with lead wires 6c as leading parts. The lower end parts of the lead wires 6c are guided to the lower surface side of a pattern electrode 10 which is formed on the lower surface of the holding member 7 through a samll hole 8a of the enclosing hole 8. The protruded lead wires 6c are fixed to the pattern electrode 10 by a conductive bonding agent 11. Then the enclosing hole 8 is filled up with glass powder in a heaped up shape. Then the glass powder is melted through a furnace, and thereafter it is cooled and solidified. Thus the filler 9 is formed in the enclosing hole 8. Thereafter, the holding member is coupled into the through hole 13 in the equipment case 12, and watch module 17, to which a coil spring 16 is mounted, is incorporated into the case equipment 12. |
