PURPOSE:To eliminate uneven color on a screen independently of the luminance signal level, by controlling the gain of two-color signals with a signal obtained with the control of a de-gamma correction signal with a color shading correction signal. CONSTITUTION:Gain adjusting circuits 19, 20 receive the color shading correction signal of preset correction pattern at control terminals 25, 26 when the luminance signal level is comparatively at a low level and adjust the gain of color signal channel of R and B. When the luminance signal level is at comparatively higher level, the de-gamma correction signal from de-gamma correction circuits 27, 28 is given at each channel and the gain adjustment of each color signal channel of R and B is done. As the de-gamma correction signal, a signal having a level exceeding the set level of variable resistors 31, 32 from the Y' obtained from a clamp circuit 3 is used. |
