PURPOSE:To obtain an anisotropic magnet alloy by starting the cooling of an Fe-Cr-Co alloy at a temp. above the separation temp. of two phases of the alloy and continuing the cooling up to a temp. below the separation temp. when the alloy is aged by continuous cooling in a magnetic field having a prescribed temp. zone. CONSTITUTION:An Fe-Cr-Co alloy is aged by continuous cooling in a magnetic field having a prescribed temp. zone to obtain a permanent magnet. The cooling in the magnetic field is started at a temp. above the separation temp. of the two phases of the alloy, i.e. >=650 deg.C, and by continuing the cooling up to a temp. below the separation temp., i.e. <=620 deg.C, a separation reaction of two phases is caused in the alloy to form a separated 2-phase structure. The cooling rate is adjusted to 0.05-10 deg.C/min, especially 0.2-5 deg.C/min. |
