PURPOSE:To work the specular surface of an offset antenna at low cost with good productivity by forming a convex surface corresponding to the antenna specular surface slantingly at the top of a columnar punch. CONSTITUTION:The convex surface which corresponds to the offset antenna specular surface and is encircled by an elliptic curve is formed in a plane B slanting at a specific angle alpha to the axial core of the punch 2. A platelike specular surface blank material 24, on the other hand, is positioned at the work position of a proper press device in parallel to the plane B. Then, the blank material 24 is put close relatively to the front end surface 18 of the punch 2 to perform drawing press formation. Thus, a punch top shape is transferred to the blank material 24. Thus, the punch which is easily manufactured is used to form the specular surface by the press work, so the specular surface of the offset antenna is worked at low cost with good productivity. |
