PURPOSE:To increase the oscillation frequency control range of a differential VCO oscillator by connecting capacitors to prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor 6 is connected between an uninverted input terminal and an earth point. A capacitor 7 is connected from the output side of a differential amplifier to the uninverted input terminal as a substitute for a conventional oscillator. Consequently, while a positive feedback circuit has phase delay because of the capacitor 6, the positive feedback circuit has phase leading because of the capacitor 7. Therefore oscillation occurs at a frequency meeting phase requirements. Then, even when the variation range of an oscillation control DC voltage is the same as before, the phase shift variation range of the oscillator is increased. Thus, the oscillation frequency control range of the differential type VCO oscillator is widened. |
