PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency of a plant by providing, the pressure-change controller which sets the pressure of inflow steam of a turbine in response to the load factor of the turbine, with a correcting means corresponding to the variation of flow of steam such as bleed and controlling in optimum the opening of a steam regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:When the flow rate of steam bled from the turbine 25 varies, the regulating valve 24 is energized so that output target value is kept constant. In this case, the opening is detected by an opening detector 32 and inputted to the correcting substractor 37 of a pressure setting circuit 28, and the deviation of opening is counted through an integrator 38 and inputted to an adder 39. Pressure setting signals outputted from a function generator 35 are corrected by the adder 39. Accordingly, a boiler is controlled, steam pressure is controlled at pressure corrected, and the opening of the regulating valve 24 is returned to reference opening. |
