PURPOSE:To minimize the manual operation, by providing a control system of a diagnostic performance measuring program, and repeating the set of a failed part and its detection automatically. CONSTITUTION:An initial program loading IPL signal is generated via a program decoder P-DEC. The signal is processed in an IPL processing circuit IPL-P of a device to be diagnosed and a normal run confirming program TMP is started. When a failed position is set, a machine check interruption signal is generated during the running of the TMP and it is reported to an interruption control program ICP. the ICP starts a diagnostic program CHP. In a comparison and report circuit CRC, the data via a decode circuit DEC of position information of a set failure package and the result of a result register R-RG are compared and coincidence/dissidence is reported to a diagnostic performance measuring program. |
