PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of black smoke and to improve reliability of the exhaust gas recirculation control, by detecting an idle state or a speed reduce state by a lever opening degree sensor, and stopping the recirculation of the exhaust gas based on the detected result. CONSTITUTION:Under the speed reduce state, since a throttle lever 3 is located at the same position as the idle state, the throttle lever opening degree sensor 9 is turned OFF, and the current flowing through a vacuum solenoid valve 10 is turned OFF. When said vacuum solenoid valve 10 becomes a nonexcited state, a valve body 27 closes a hole 24 and opens the side of an air introducing hole 25. Therefore the air is introduced into a diaphragm chamber 21 through a path 18. When the air is introduced in the diaphragm chamber, the EGR valve 8 closes an EGR path 13, and stops the recirculation. |
