<p>PURPOSE:To easily carry out a simulation by converting the whole function of a production line into a process flow line chart in which Petri net codes are combined, making said process flow line chart function in accordance with an operation condition to carry out simulation, and evaluating the production line from the result of said simulation. CONSTITUTION:The data of process flow line charts by means of Petri net codes for a machinery system and a conveyance system which constitute a production line, are previously stored in a flow line chart converting means 11. This converting means 11 receives a process chart and an operation condition for it which are stored in a process file 4 and judges the combination between the machinery system and the conveyance system which constitute the process chart and, by giving the operation condition to the corresponding Petri net codes, converts it into a process flow line chart which indicates the operation function of the whole production line. And, the simulation of this flow line chart is carried out by a simulation means 12 and, based on this result, the evaluation of the production line is carried out by an evaluation means. That is, the simulation of a production line can be carried out merely by learning Petri net codes the number types of which is not large.</p> |
