PURPOSE:To facilitate the fixing work reliably by fixing a rear seat belt to a fixing stay at the rear seat cushion side while securing said stay to the car floor. CONSTITUTION:A fixing stay 2 is secured through a bolt and nut 3, 4 to the rear on the lower face of a rear seat cushion 1, and the rear end section 5 is projected to the rear of said cushion 1. The lower end section 6 of the rear seat belt 6 is fixed through a fixing tool to said stay 2. A seat belt through-hole 10 made through the rear section of said cushion 1 will also pass through the seat belt buckle 9 side of said seat belt 6, and led to the upper face side of said cushion 1. The fixing stay is fixed to the car floor 11 through bot and nut 14 while utilizing a fixing hole 12 at the rear end section 5. |
