PURPOSE:To improve rigidity of the roof panel and suppress vibration of the roof panel in such a way that the roof panel and formed ceiling are joined through soft foaming material. CONSTITUTION:A roof panel 1 is solidly joined to an outer panel 21 of roof side rails 2, and formed ceiling 4 is tightly attached to a roof guide rail inner panel 22 with clips 44, and end parts are concealed with garnish 5. The roof panel 1 and formed ceiling 4 are joined together through bonding resin liquid 8 by means of soft foaming material 6. Thus, rigidity of the roof panel is improved, and lightweight concept of the vehicular body can be attended by reducing the thickness of the roof panel. Besides, vibration of the roof panel is suppressed, noise in the vehicular cabin is reduced, and further the formed ceiling is supported by the reinforcing structure, so that droop of its edge can be prevented. |
