PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having excellent photosensitive and durability and satisfactory stability of potential by electrification and residual potential by using a specific compd. as a material of an electric charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is formed by laminating an electrostatic charge transfer layer 2 and an electric charge generating layer 3 dispersed an electric charge generating material 5 therein in order, and subsequently by forming a surface protective layer 4 which has a low resistance and is dispersed a conductive metal oxide 6 therein, on the obtd. conductive substrate. The electric charge transfer layer 2 is formed by dispersing for example, 5-90wt%, preferably, 20-50wt% an electric charge transfer material shown by formula I in a binding resin. The used binding resin is exemplified by a general purpose resin such as polycarbonate, an acrylic resin, a methacrylic resin, polystyrene, polyester, polyacrylate and a polysulfone, etc. |
