PURPOSE:To lessen an error in manufacture of a rotary slit disk and to suppress variation of a periodic signal for clocking by providing a small-sized fixed slit plate between optical paths of photocouplers successively to the rotary slit disk. CONSTITUTION:In a figure, 8 is the fixed slit plate obtained by making light slits 7 in, for example, a small-sized thin metallic plate made of stainless steel, etc., and 9 is screw holes for fixing both ends to a device housing near the photocouplers. The number of slits 7 in the fixed slit plate 8, etc., is optional. The fixed slit plate, however, is arranged successively to a main rotary slit disk as a subordinate slit plate which shares photocoupler optical paths. Further, 12 and 13 are a housing-fixation position and a fixing screw for the subordinate slit plate. Thus, the photocouplers 3 and 4 have numbers of optical paths, so the invented slit disk and slit plate (fixed side) obtain a single pulse signal by light passed through the slits 7 in generating a signal. |
