PURPOSE:To obtain a cast article having superior heat resistance by a method wherein cast mold is done by a thermo-setting resin composition having heat- resistance thermo-setting resin (BT resin) including a cyanic acid ester family compound as a main component and epoxidated 1,2-polybutadiene. CONSTITUTION:BT resin is composed of a cyanic acid ester family compound, a bismaleimide family compound and diarylphtalate. The compounding ratio of the BT resin to epoxidated 1,2-polybutadiene (formula) is a range of 5-50pt.wt. of the epoxidated 1,2-polybutadiene to 100pt.wt. of BT resin. As to hardening conditions, the initial hot setting temperature is a range of 80-140 deg.C and the following hot setting temperature is 140-200 deg.C. |
