PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of heat accumulating-heat dissipating cycle by a method wherein a salt same as a heat accumulating material is sealed in a vessel with fine holes and an overcooling preventing device, whose electrode is provided so as to contact with the salt, is arranged in a heat accumulating tank, in the heat accumulating system for cooling and heating device utilizing a variable heat source such as solar heat or the like. CONSTITUTION:The heated and molten salts 2, 5 in the tank 1 and the overcooling preventing device 3 are cooled under dissipating the heat thereof. When cooling is advanced, the crystallization begins near the solidifying point thereof. At this time, when the overcooling occurs and the crystallization stops, a switch 9 is closed and a voltage is impressed between the electrodes 4. Whereby, the overcooling in the overcooling preventing device 3 is broken and the solidification begins. Simultaneously with this crystallization, contact with the heat accumulating material 2 is caused through fine holes 7, the overcooling of the heat accumulating material 2 is broken and the crystallization occurs, thereby advancing the heat dissipation. Thus, a heat dissipating efficiency may be improved by preventing the overcooling. |
