PURPOSE:To contrive to realize high speed and highly accurate conveyance, supply and positioning of electronic parts or the like by a structure wherein engaging parts for transfer are provided on jigs, on which works such as the electronic parts or the like are placed, and the jigs are circulatingly and intermittently moved on forward and backward guides and shifting stations installed at the ends of said guides. CONSTITUTION:Whenever jig 1 located at the top of the forward guide enters the shifting station 8 for taking-out, a fourth feed mechanism 26 is actuated in order to push out said jig 1 to the backward guide 6. The jig 1 pushed out to the backward guide 6 is pushed with an engaging pawl 20 mounted to a chain 19 along a concave groove 15 to the shifting station 7 for supply. Whenever the jig 1 is fed in the shifting station 7, a third feed mechanism 24 is actuated in order to push out said jig 1 to the forward guide. Each jig 1 is intermittently moved along the forward guide and then performs a circulating movement consisting in starting from the forward guide through the shifting stations 7 and 8 installed at the ends of the guides and the backward guide 6 and ending as coming back to the forward guide. During the movement, the work placed on the jig 1 is treated with operations such as working, assembling, measuring and the like and taken out at a predetermined location. |
