PURPOSE:To manufacture a pair glass, easily, by bonding a pair of glass plates to both sides of a spacer frame having hollow part, filling a drying agent in the hollow part, and sealing the circumferential part of the glass plates with a sealant. CONSTITUTION:A pair of glass plates 61 and 62 are bonded with an adhesive 7 to both side 2, 2 of a spacer frame 5 having U-shaped cross-section, consisting of a bottom part 1 and both side walls 2, 2 and having a hollow part 8 opening to outside. A gas-permeable small cylindrical bag 9 containing a drying agent 10 is inserted in the hollow part 8, and the opening of the hollow is closed by fitting an elastic barrier plate 11 made of e.g. plastic, etc. in the hollow part 8. The small bag 9 exposed at the corner part is covered with a proper cover, and the whole circumference of the glass plates 61 and 62 is sealed with a sealant 15. |
