PURPOSE:To simplify the executing of works at a building site by a method wherein a unit structure required water proofing works such as a kitchen space, bath space and lavatory space is prefabricated in a factory and the like, then fabricated incorporated within the main portion of a house at a building site. CONSTITUTION:A unit structure house 4 with solar heating system which is prefabricated in the factory and the like, includes a kitchen space 5, a bath space 6 and a lavatory space 7, each space 5-7 is partitioned by walls 8. Each space 5-7 is prefabricated with a sink 9, a bath-tub 10 and the like, a faucet 11 is fitted up. A unit structure house 12 is fabricated with steel frames 13, then a heat accumulater 15, a boiler 16, a water suction type chiller 19 and cooling tower 20 which are prefabricated, are fixed on the roof part 14 which is set up securedly. Thereafter, heated water is introduced from a heat collecting pannel (not shown) to the heat accumulator 15, and the piping for utilizing heated water in the accumulator 15 is laid for hot-water supply and room heater. |
